Shipping policy

WE ONLY SHIP ACROSS AUSTRALIA

This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased at Sleeping Kingdom.

Sleeping Kingdom is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

For security reasons, Sleeping Kingdom will not send any order to PO boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING COSTS & TAXES

  • Shipping will be calculated at check out
  • Order Cut-off Time every business day (Mon-Fri) 5:00pm (1700), weekend orders will be processed on the Monday unless it falls on a public holiday

DELIVERY TERMS:

Sydney Metro Delivery will be undertaken by Sleeping Kingdom, Australia wide delivery will be undertaken by Pack and Send.

SHIPPING & HANDLING TIMES

  • Average order handling time 1- 3 Business days  (Mon - Fri)
  • Average transit time: 1 - 12 Business days (Mon - Fri)

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Sleeping Kingdom provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

DELAYS

Sleeping Kingdom is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Sleeping Kingdom is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Break, or Public Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or no one is available to accept the delivery, Team Global Express will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address where possible. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this delivery method. Sleeping Kingdom and Team Global Express are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing goods once the parcel has been delivered and left in a safe place.

Once Team Global Express has delivered the order to the nominated address and provided proof of delivery, including where the parcel has been left in a safe place, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. Sleeping Kingdom is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after successful delivery.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Sleeping Kingdom will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, or for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Sleeping Kingdom recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. Sleeping Kingdom is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. 

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which Sleeping Kingdom makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
